Co-founder Julia Rhodes Davis has a background in visioning. She began her career in production management on documentary films where it was her role to bring stories of social change to life.
As an independent Marketing Consultant for nearly a decade, Julia developed experiential events and social responsibility initiatives for organizations across the corporate and nonprofit spectrum. Projects under her direction have included major fund-raising campaigns, multi-venue tours, and international partnership-alliance events. Julia's strength is strategic networking. She guides her clients to collaborate with partners in the mission, creating reciprocal benefit and a wider range of impact.
Julia has lived a life immersed in philanthropy and fundraising; her earliest experiences were with nonprofits and foundations dedicated to making an impact on the world. Hers is a lifelong commitment to bring strong strategy and implementation expertise to the task of creating change. This is Production Collective.

Co-founder Primavera Salvá is an inspired producer. She brings together years of marketing and event production with a refined sense of how to reflect strategic objectives for most meaningful results. Her corporate portfolio includes product launches, corporate shows, sales meetings, film premieres and special events for Fortune 100 companies and top media groups.
Primavera began her career in the diplomatic world, producing promotional events for the Mexican Ministry of Tourism in New York. Her experience led her into the non-profit world as Executive Director for the U.S.- Mexico Chamber of Commerce, where she was responsible for producing over 80 fundraising events a year.
Primavera's work and the clients she has served have had direct impact on initiatives for world peace, education, women's rights, poverty alleviation, environmental crisis and healthcare. She believes that each of us can make a difference in the world. It is this spirit that led her to found a company providing strategy and experiences to create social change.
